What Data We Collect and Why
Membership registration
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and payment details. We use this to provide and manage your membership, process payments, and communicate important account information. Our lawful basis for processing this data is the performance of a contract.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Email communications
We use Jetpack Newsletter to send automatic notifications when new blog posts are published, and FluentCRM to manage member communications. Your email address is stored on our server. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
Forum activity
Our community forum runs on WPForo. Posts, replies, and profile information you submit to the forum are stored on our server and visible to other members.
Automated data collection
Like most websites we automatically collect IP addresses, browser information, and usage data for security and site functionality. We use cookies for member authentication, session management, and preferences.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Jetpack/WordPress.com, for newsletter delivery
- Service providers who assist with website operations
- Legal authorities where required by law
